We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at iparahp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Quality Issues
We at iparahprofessional.in strive to deliver only the best quality products to our customers. However, if you have a concern about product quality, please raise the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once the order is processed (assigned to the courier), it cannot be cancelled.
For every order, whether Prepaid or COD, a verification call will be made to the customer. If the customer does not respond to the call after three attempts (on three consecutive working days), the order will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
